Lead teams in conducting causal analysis for issues/events to determine corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Conduct performance trending and analysis to identify potential emerging trends that warrant improvement actions. Support senior project managers in developing solutions to complex problems.<BR><BR>Required Qualifications:    BA/BS degree plus 2 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in conducting cause analysis activities (root and apparent) on complex and significant issues in the nuclear industry. Demonstrated ability to identify the causes of complex management system problems. Demonstrated analytical and communications skills including written and verbal. Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis tools such as Phoenix, Tap Root, management oversight risk tree (MORT), etc.<BR><BR>Security Clearance Required:  No <BR><BR>Testing Designated Position:  No   <BR><BR>Other Desirable Qualifications:  Ability to lead small project teams to a desired outcome. Ten years nuclear facility operations experience.</font></td>
