B.S. Degree in Math, Science, Engineering or other relevant degree from an accredited university with 6 years of progressive experience including, but not limited to, authoring technical safety basis documents for nuclear facilities (e.g. Documented Safety Analyses and Technical Safety Requirements), preferably within the DOE Complex using DOE G 423.1-1A, Implementation Guide for Use in Developing Technical Safety Requirements.<BR>? In lieu of degree, 12 years of progressive experience including, but not limited to, authoring technical safety basis documents for nuclear facilities (e.g. Documented Safety Analyses and Technical Safety Requirements), preferably within the DOE Complex using DOE G 423.1-1A, Implementation Guide for Use in Developing Technical Safety Requirements.<BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications<BR><BR>? Experience and/ or familiarity with the following:<BR>? Working in the functional areas of nuclear safety or engineering in Hazard Category 2 and 3 DOE Complex Facilities.<BR>? Knowledge and application of DOE-STD-3009-94, Preparation Guide for U.S. Department of Energy NonReactor Nuclear Facility Documented Safety Analyses.<BR>? Proficient in use of Microsoft office products (i.e., Word, Powerpoint, Excel)<BR>? Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen, physical (if located at the construction site), and background check.<BR><BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR><BR>?
