Bechtel?s internship program was created to cultivate real-life industry interest based on hands-on experience. Many new university graduate hires began their careers at Bechtel as a student intern. The Finance Intern will participate in a developmental rotational program which includes assignments in Management Information & Planning, Treasury, and Financial Reporting. Responsibilities involve assisting with the development of information and processes linked to the achievement of the financial goals and objectives of each department and receiveing functional direction, guidance and assistance from the responsible supervisor. Interns may be asked to perform data collection, assessment, evaluation, reporting, and presentation. Success in the rotational internship program will require cross-functional relationships and strong communication skills. Locations will vary based on project needs, and include Frederick, MD, Houston, TX, Glendale, AZ, San Francisco, CA and Reston, VA. Basic Qualifications Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor''s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management or related field from accredited college or University Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Previous co-op or internship experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong GPA The vision to build a better world Bechtel is among the most respected engineering, procurement, and construction companies in the world.
