               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Sandpoint manufacturing company is seeking an experienced individual with strong leadership skills to lead their Maintenance Division. <BR><BR>Duties and Responsibilities<BR> • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in setting up, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts and tools<BR> • Direct workers in the sue of electronic, mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment<BR> • Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions; directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling and installing industrial machinery <BR>• Requisition and maintain supply of spare parts<BR> • Weekend work required as needed<BR> • Planning and maintaining departmental budget<BR> • Participate in planning and executing capital projects<BR> • Maintain preventive maintenance program<BR>• Must have prior manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing <BR>• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs <BR>• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists<BR> • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form<BR> • Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. Maintain governmental regulations<BR> • Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals<BR> • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public<BR> • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference and volume<BR> • Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry <BR>Education<BR> • College degree from a credited University or two to four years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</font></td>
