               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Specific Duties / Essential Job Functions:<BR>Responsible for administering, maintaining and overseeing all aspects of the Company’s safety and quality programs at the individual’s designated work location.  Ensure that each employee receives proper safety training commensurate with the job responsibilities assigned and that all training is properly documented and maintained in safety training files.  Conduct new-hire and recurrent safety training according to Company and Client requirements.  Communicate effectively with employees and Clients to ensure fulfillment of safety performance requirements.  Monitor and enforce safety and quality policies and procedures through daily safety and quality audits.  Ensure that Safety and Quality Auditors conduct daily safety and quality audits and complete relevant reports in a timely fashion.  Ensure front-line employee compliance with Company and Client safety and quality policies, procedures, and standards, including the Air Serv Employee, Safety and Health Manual and Quality Manual. Ensure station compliance with Federal, State and Local safety regulations, including OSHA and FAA regulations.   Conduct accident investigations and prepare relevant accident reports and participate in accident review boards with Company and Client representatives.   Participate in weekly safety call with the Vice-President of Safety.  Other duties as assigned<BR><BR>Supervisory Responsibilities:      <BR>Supervise Safety Coordinator.<BR><BR>Physical Demands<BR>The individual may be required to stand and walk for 2/3 or more of the work shift.<BR>Individual may be required to talk, hear and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the work shift.<BR>Individual may be required to lift 50 pounds or more for up to 1/3 of the work shift.<BR><BR>Work Environment:    <BR>The work environment has a moderate to high noise level.<BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications:<BR>High school diploma or GED required.<BR>Valid WA State Driver License required.<BR>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and handbooks.<BR>Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers and the general public.<BR>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.<BR><BR><BR>Experience:<BR>Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.<BR>College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.  <BR><BR>Overall:<BR>Must be 18 years of age or older.<BR>Must submit to and pass a drug screen.<BR>Must have valid driver’s license.<BR>Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history.<BR>Exempt Position.<BR>Salary:  Based on experience.</font></td>
