BS in Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or Environmental Sciences<BR>? Or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience.<BR>? Current AHERA Building Inspector and AHERA Project Designer Certifications<BR>? NIOSH 582 certification<BR>? Minimum 4+ years working as a regulated materials project designer on commercial or institutional projects<BR>? Experience working with the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, Washington State Department of Labor & Industries and Washington State Department of Ecology<BR>? Proficient with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel<BR>? Project Management experience with asbestos, lead and IAQ projects for commercial and institutional clients.<BR>? Experience performing regulated materials abatement oversight<BR>? Candidates must have experience reading Plans and Specifications for construction projects.<BR>? The position requires the candidate to be able to climb ladders and lift 40 pounds.<BR>? The work will include working overtime, working all three shifts (including graveyard) and some work on nights and weekends.<BR>? Position requires the candidate to have a personal vehicle and a valid driver?s license.<BR>?
