<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Account Coordinator<BR>Location: Washington-Seattle<BR><BR>Job Summary and Mission<BR><BR>Acts as a liaison between sales, operations and the customer for assigned accounts to ensure the customer''s processes and procedural requirements are implemented and that shipments are handled in accordance with established procedures, ISO operational compliance and specific customer requests. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.<BR><BR>Summary of Key Responsibilities<BR><BR>Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:<BR>* Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both external and internal customers.<BR>* Develop a high level of understanding of the organization''s structure, inter-department relationships, regulatory compliance and Company policies and procedures.<BR>* Coordinate with Sales and Operations to implement and maintain client Standard Operating Procedures.<BR>* Provide day-to-day contact with clients on operational issues.<BR>* Coordinate customer service efforts from all offices and departments involved with assigned accounts.<BR>* Ensure services are meeting or exceeding customer requirements and are in compliance with ISO procedures.<BR>* Ensure that all reports are accurate and distributed on time.<BR>* Resolve problems and recommend solutions to prevent similar occurrences.<BR><BR>Summary of Experience and Education<BR>* High School Diploma required.<BR>* Associate''s Degree preferred.<BR>* Two to three years related experience.<BR>* One to three years industry experience preferred.<BR>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<BR>* Requires an in-depth knowledge of the Company''s products and services.<BR>* Requires positive, competitive, confident personality.<BR>* Make customers and their needs a primary focus of one''s actions; developing and sustaining productive relationships.<BR>* Analyze complex problems and develops alternative solutions.<BR>* Explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all parties support and acceptance.<BR>* Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences. <BR>* Develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals; develop individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas and appreciating others'' efforts. <BR>* Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.<BR>* Accurate typing and/or data entry skills.<BR>* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.<BR>* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. or international currency, weight, volume and distance measurements.<BR>* Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.<BR>* Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.<BR>* Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals.<BR>* Consistently at work and on time.<BR>Licenses and Certific </font></td>
