In this position one must understand how to leverage strategic business partners to make sure both clients and customers win. The Account Manager knows how to retain clients, why client retention is important and has experience in current or past roles with client retention success! The Account Manager is always an advisor for clients, growing revenue for the account portfolio and last but not least, is reading this job description with a big smile!<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR>* Manage all aspects of client communication for high dollar/ high profile strategic accounts.<BR>* Work closely with a great sales force using a team approach with the end goal being client management and revenue growth.<BR>* Participate in the product feed-back loop with product and sales letting them know about successes and failures.<BR>* Work with sales to identify optimal client prospects, proposals and details on how a client might best fit within our suite of premium sites.<BR>* Maintain an excellent relationship with clients, including personal attention and customer optimization solutions if necessary.<BR>* Provide exemplary service both internally and externally.<BR>* Become a trusted advisor for your clients; own the entire relationship with accounts from start to finish. Your opinions and guidance is highly regarded the clients decision making processes.<BR>* Lead client calls and meetings with day to day contacts and senior decision makers as appropriate.<BR>* Partner with product team to identify opportunities for improved features and services.<BR>* Monitor and reports on accounts.<BR>* Resolve billing concerns, including collection on past due accounts.<BR>* Support vision and values of the team.<BR>* Seek innovative solutions to problems and processes to ensure clients success.<BR>* Must have superior in-person presentation and meeting management skills.<BR>* Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.<BR><BR>Required Skills<BR>* Proven track record of success managing accounts and making decisions independently with limited supervision.<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<BR>* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.<BR>* Superior written communication skills.<BR>* Proven experience managing large amounts of data, we are looking for someone who has the ability to use data to make forward thinking suggestions and analyze trends.<BR>* Experience in Media and/or Online advertising.<BR>About Search Soluti </font></td>
