<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Description: Accounts Payable <BR> <BR>Position Overview:<BR>The Accounts Payable Specialist has solid experience in the corporate finance arena. This accounting position will be responsible for Accounts Payable and management of Purchase Order compliance. You must exhibit attention to detail, confidence, effective communication skills and professionalism as you will have exposure to many different departments throughout the company.<BR><BR>Core Deliverables and Responsibilities:<BR>• AP processing, check runs, bank deposits, medical/dental claim reports, petty cash reconciliation, tracking purchase orders, and accruing expenses<BR>• Responsible for check runs of 100+ checks per month<BR>• Employee expense reports (including medical and dental)<BR>• Responsible for timely payment of vendor invoices and employee expense reports<BR>• Provide accurate GL coding for invoices<BR>• Ensure overall integrity of the A/P files and records<BR>• Prepare weekly check run and voucher packages<BR>• Reconcile vendor statements to A/P records<BR>• Prepare accruals for month-end close, ensuring accurate cut-off<BR>• Support the rest of the finance department in preparation for quarterly audits by external auditors<BR>• Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management<BR><BR>Requirements and Qualifications:<BR>• Previous experience working with AP<BR>• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook<BR>• Experience using Solomon accounting software would be a plus<BR>• Ability to work both independently and with a team to achieve objectives<BR>• Ability to work under pressure and achieve required deadlines<BR>• Demonstrated ability to interface with team members from all areas of the business<BR>• One year of experience in corporate Accounting/Finance<BR>• Excellent people skills for dealing with vendors and employees<BR>• Strong communications skills<BR>• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant experience<BR><BR><BR>Position is located near Westlake Center in downtown Seattle!<BR><BR>To Apply:<BR><BR>1.
