               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Do you have a passion for sales and a love for consumer electronics?  Does the opportunity to represent a brand of products that is at the top of its class sound exciting? <BR><BR> If so we have the perfect part-time position for you!  <BR><BR>BDS Marketing is currently looking for Assisted Sales Reps to conduct sales focused activities designed to increase sales and mindshare of a national consumer electronics brand's product on the retail floor within major retail chain stores.  The product categories will include Smartphones Tablets Bluetooth and other related wireless products and accessories.    <BR><BR><BR><BR>TO APPLY: Send Resume to dena.raminick@manpowergroup.com<BR><BR><BR><BR>What will you be doing? <BR><BR>*Aggressively engage customers in sales focused product demonstrations <BR><BR>*Coordinate with store management to build support review goals set expectations and align for sales success <BR><BR>*Create a high level of store product and manufacturer level awareness excitement and support <BR><BR>*Proactively work with stores to identify any and all sales challenges - and consistently work with manager to overcome them <BR><BR>*Strict focus and accountability for increasing product sales during time in store <BR><BR>*Develop strong and supportive store level relationships with managers and associates <BR><BR>*Training of store associates on the sales process by showing them how to sell <BR><BR>*Verify that POP POS and displays are fully compliant   <BR><BR>*Deliver a high level of quality reporting from each visit including: consumer and associate feedback successes challenges competitive insights and pictures <BR><BR>*Complete all administrative duties and reports thoroughly in the prescribed manner <BR><BR>*Display a professional energetic and engaging demeanor while representing the client and BDS <BR><BR>What are we looking for? <BR><BR>*Ability to consistently achieve weekly sales goals <BR><BR>*BDSmktg is a retail marketing agency driven by the power of our people. Our customer base includes some of the best known brands such as Canon Dell Motorola Jawbone Cable Sam's Club and Hoover.   <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>High School Degree or equivalent required <BR><BR>*Some experience in retail sales preferred <BR><BR>*Enthusiastic and outgoing personality <BR><BR>*Sales experience and/or a strong interest in a sales focused position <BR><BR>*Passion for wireless and technology - and the ability to translate that passion into a consumer interaction <BR><BR>*Excellent ability to easily engage customers conduct scripted demos and close sales <BR><BR>*Strict accountability for sales success <BR><BR>*Excellent verbal and written communication skills <BR><BR>*Aptitude to quickly comprehend and exhibit deep product knowledge <BR><BR>*Detail oriented when completing sales feedback and reports <BR><BR>*Self-motivated and work well independently <BR><BR>*Organized with strong multi-tasking skills <BR><BR>*Strong problem solving and customer service skills.  <BR><BR>*Must be able to adapt to changes and respond supportively in working with various circumstances and people. <BR><BR>*Must be able to deal with varied issues with integrity honesty and in a candid straightforward manner. <BR><BR>*Readily available access to a Windows based PC with internet access is required. <BR><BR>*Must have reliable transportation and car insurance <BR><BR>*Must meet all pre and post-employment requirements such as background check motor vehicle record review drug screen and employment verification <BR><BR>*Ability to lift up to 25 pounds <BR><BR>*Ability to stand for long periods of time up to 8 hours <BR><BR>Manpowe</font></td>
