You will work with an experienced project manager to learn and apply industry-standard project management methodologies. As you progress in the role, you will take on increasingly complex projects, gathering business requirements, making recommendations, and partnering with IT to deliver the appropriate solution. <BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Assists in the evaluation of business requirements by analyzing client activities and/or systems to identify alternative business solutions or process improvement opportunities. Assists in the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation of business requirements.<BR>* Acquires the ability to analyze and document business problems of lower complexity and may recommend solutions.<BR>* Tests new system behaviors to ensure alignment with test plans; contributes to the development of test plans.<BR>* Assists with upgrades and rollouts including specific duties related to training and monitoring performance.<BR>* Contributes to estimates for project plans. May analyze feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned or potential programs.<BR>* Depicts simple to moderate complex ideas and issues to limited audiences. May gather and document information on industry trends, business products and competitors.<BR>* Oversees and/or performs system maintenance and identifies enhancement opportunities for existing systems and processes<BR>Qualifications:<BR>* Bachelor''s degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
