The Sales Associate will provide customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.<BR><BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>o Sell vehicles utilizing the AutoNation Sales Process<BR>o Deliver vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the vehicle''s operating features, warranty, and paperwork<BR>o Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction<BR>o Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person - maintain a prospect development system<BR>o Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction<BR>o Forecast goals at the beginning of each month<BR>o Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis<BR>o Introduce customers to the Service Department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership''s service operations<BR>o Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled<BR>o Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product<BR>o Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company''s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers<BR>o Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards<BR><BR>Required Experience<BR>Qualifications:<BR>o Must meet company''s requirements for employment<BR>o Prior sales experience (preferred)<BR>o Experience providing quality customer service<BR>o Professional appearance<BR>o Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills<BR>o Organization and follow-up skills<BR>o Computer literacy<BR>o Must have a valid state driver''s license<BR><BR><BR><BR>Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:<BR>o Normal office environment<BR>o Pr </font></td>
