This position will have full ownership over one or more Non-Retail receivable channels representing Amazon Web Services, Kindle Offline Retail, GC Store Value Card and Adzinia Advertising. Responsibilities may include management over billing & invoicing, collection, receipt application and disputes/chargeback resolution. This position requires preparation and presentation of non-retail reporting and metrics to senior management as well as our internal business and finance groups. Additional responsibilities may include driving process improvement efforts by leveraging six sigma/ Kaizen practices, project management knowledge and understanding. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a small to medium sized team by providing guidance and support towards meeting goals and objectives.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR>3+ years Accounts Receivable/ Collections<BR>Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience<BR>Knowledge of Collection, Accounts Receivable and Accounting processes and systems<BR>Experience with Excel and Access is required<BR>Experience managing 1+ team members<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR>Strong background in corporate collections<BR>Strong awareness of accounting and finance guidelines and practices<BR>Highly analytical and detail oriented<BR>Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions<BR>Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment<BR>Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload<BR>Experience with managing offshore transitions<BR>A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations<BR>Ability to work in cross-functional teams<BR>Strong leadership, communication, persuasion, attention to detail<BR>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written<BR>Customer focus and professional demeanor<BR>SQL and VBA a plus<BR>Oracle AR Financials strongly preferred, R12<BR>Proven ability to work in a fast paced highly dynamic ever changing environment<BR>Experience with user based project management<BR><BR>Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer<BR>*LI-AJD                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
