This position will have full ownership over one or more Non-Retail receivable channels representing Amazon Web Services, Kindle Offline Retail, GC Store Value Card and Adzinia Advertising. Responsibilities may include management over billing & invoicing, collection, receipt application and disputes/chargeback resolution. This position requires preparation and presentation of non-retail reporting and metrics to senior management as well as our internal business and finance groups. Additional responsibilities may include driving process improvement efforts by leveraging six sigma/ Kaizen practices, project management knowledge and understanding.
