Our consultants will be working with a large telecom client to develop the requirements to support multiple releases of their website.<BR><BR>The primary responsibilities of a Requirements Analysts are to interpret the business needs / business cases in concept and translate into manageable requirements. These requirements are for both process and systems needed by IT to support the product and/or feature enhancements. Smaller work efforts may be documented in a CR (Change Request).<BR><BR>The candidate for this position should have knowledge and/or ability in the following areas:<BR><BR>- Ability to lead a small team and drive key client communication and expectations<BR><BR>- Ability to be the CGI contact for a specific area or work<BR><BR>- Good communication, leadership and facilitation skills<BR><BR>- Ability to work under extremely tight time constraints<BR><BR>- Advanced skills in use of Microsoft Visio, Word and PowerPoint as tools to effectively document process and summarize work effort<BR><BR>- Analytical skills to propose and evaluate alternative solutions<BR><BR>- Ability to lead Subject Matter Experts (SME) through definition of requirements across multiple releases<BR><BR>- Ability to work across a global organization in resolving specific process and/or system requirement issues<BR><BR>- Extensive experience with Web based applications required<BR><BR>- e-Commerce experience a must<BR><BR>- Strong understand of best practices for web-base applications and UIs<BR><BR>At CGI, we re a team of builders.
