The Banking and Accounting Operations team leads and participates in planning, developing and launching a variety of special projects, new programs and service initiatives.<BR><BR>Our Financial Accounting Department has an outstanding opportunity for a Business AnalystThis position will evaluate Banking and Accounting Operations business practices, policies and procedures. The Business Analyst will make recommendations and implement automated and integrated systems and programs to replace manual systems and procedures, ensuring the solutions are efficient, flexible and cost-effective. The Analyst will develop tools, reports and resources that will allow the Banking and Accounting Operations team to anticipate customer needs and deliver excellent service.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Design and develop electronic tools for support of Banking & Accounting Operations processes. Maintain and modify existing databases and other applications as needed. Develop reports and present data for special projects as assigned.<BR><BR>Develop recommendations for improved processes based on analysis. Collaborate with unit leaders to refine practices, policies and procedures. Effect improved outcomes through the development of tools and resources.<BR><BR>Use advanced features of Access, Excel and/or other similar applications to extract and analyze large volumes of financial data, to include formatting to suit various audiences.<BR><BR>Develop a standardized method of on-going documentation for all programs, reports and databases created in the department.<BR><BR>Work collaboratively with customers and process partners, peers and leaders.
