               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Business Analyst - Loan Origination<BR>Location: Washington - Seattle<BR>Job Code: 2897<BR>FLSA Status: Exempt<BR>Employment Duration: Full Time<BR><BR><BR>Description<BR><BR>Our Business Analyst will help define, document, configure and test enhancements for our Single Family Lending systems.  He/she will be a core team member of the product development process from inception to delivery.  Our ideal candidate is customer focused and dedicated to providing solutions that meet our business objectives. <BR>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<BR>Work with business customers to analyze, troubleshoot and escalate business system needs.<BR>Configure business rules based on business requirements.<BR>Assist business partners developing new workflows and refining existing workflows.<BR>Identify and document business and technical requirements.<BR>Determine, document and communicate the impact of proposed system enhancements and changes to current business processes.<BR>Prepare and execute testing and data validation of new development and enhancements.<BR>Assist team in planning and installing enhancement or new development in production.<BR>Support the training team in the development and maintenance of user guides, job aids and other materials for application users.<BR>Lead cross functional teams to deliver small projects.<BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>Minimum of two (2) years as a Business Analyst in a Mortgage origination institution.<BR>Experience with Loan Origination Systems such as MortgageFlex LoanQuest preferred.<BR>Experience creating business rules using scripting tools.<BR>Ability to quickly learn and understand our organization, environment and processes.<BR>Demonstrated achievement in applying technology solutions to business issues in atimely manner.<BR>Excellent organizational and analytical skills.<BR>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, conciseand timely communication.<BR>Strong interpersonal skills and meeting facilitation experience.<BR>Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.<BR>Proven ability to handle complex issues across multiple business groups.<BR>Ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects.<BR>Experience with SQL queries and conceptual database design.<BR>HomeStreet Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
