This position will be located at the EMC-Isilon campus in Seattle, WA. The right candidate will interface with all levels of the company – including Senior Executives and Sales Directors - and provide valuable input to decision making. These are key positions within the company and the individuals in these positions will make a direct and immediate impact on the future of Isilon. Specific responsibilities include:<BR>· As a trusted business advisor, perform regular financial reviews with the NA Sales VP and Area Sales Directors<BR>· Develop programs, models, reports, and insights to support Area Sales Directors<BR>· Build out Go To Market metrics with Area Sales Directors and prepare periodic measurements against the targets<BR>· Provide weekly support for forecasts from Territory Managers to Sales Directors<BR>· Assist with quota setting and productivity analysis by region<BR>· Assist with the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes including template development, data collection, rollup reporting and preparing presentations<BR>· Support accounting with month/quarter end close and accrual process<BR>· Track and model impact of headcount changes and hiring plans on OpEx and coverage models<BR>· Make recommendations based on sound business and financial analysis<BR>· Perform in-depth analysis to determine present and future financial performance<BR>· Performs economic research and studies when required in support of the business regions<BR>· Provide monthly, quarterly and annual bookings and/or expense analyses on complex projects/problems in support of Area Sales Directors<BR>Qualifications:<BR>· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required (or MBA with a technical undergraduate degree), MBA preferred.<BR>· Minimum 3 years related experience in high technology sales organization or equivalent<BR>· Ability to work in time pressured environments<BR>· Ability to work independently when required but also across broad teams<BR>· Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) with senior executives and non-financial managers </font></td>
