               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Business Systems Analyst<BR>Location: United States-Washington-Seattle-Seattle-ING Seattle (51050)<BR>Job Number:_726192<BR>Essential Function<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>* Partner with the Backlog Owner to understand requirements and identify gaps in functionality & use case scenarios<BR>* Translate business requests and requirements into mature stories with acceptance criteria by gathering additional functional requirements to understand & generate technical specifications<BR>* Identify and communicate any system impacts<BR>* Collaborate with Project Sponsors to ensure project documentation is complete and consistent<BR>* Decompose large work items/stories into smaller independent components<BR>* Act as a liaison between Project Sponsors/Stakeholders, Project Management and technical teams<BR>* Works with Scrum teams to foster the continuous improvement of project processes<BR>* Lead work sessions with technical team members to address questions or issues<BR>* Educate the organization on the various applications that comprise that technical enterprise<BR>* Support teams resolving production issues with systems and troubleshooting guidance<BR>* Document key systems and provide functional overviews to technical & business resources<BR>* Work effectively with third-party vendors<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>Preferred Qualifications<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>* 3 years experience as a business systems analyst in a technical area<BR>* Experience analyzing Business requests or requirements and translating those for technical teams<BR>* Strong analytical and decomposition skills<BR>* Ability to work independently or in a team environment<BR>* Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment<BR>* Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills<BR>* Solid judgment with ability to creatively problem solve<BR>* Demonstrated ability to effectively balance priorities on multiple projects<BR>* Brokerage or Financial industry experience preferred<BR>* Knowledge of programming fundamentals<BR>* Exposure to ASP.NET, C#, and Web Services<BR>* Familiarity with T-SQL and database concepts<BR>* Experience with VersionOne preferred<BR>* Bachelor''s degree in a techncial field or equivalent experience<BR>*No agencies please.<BR>*Capital One is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
