<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Cash Management - Analyst I<BR>Location: WA - Seattle-Seattle-Group Health Headquarters<BR>Other Locations: null<BR><BR>Provide analytical and administrative support to Cash Assurance, Finance and other departments. Use analytical and reporting tools to compile, analyze and present cashier and depositor performance. Design and generate regular and ad hoc reports for PABO, PFS and Pharmacy administration. Participate in departmental and cross functional work groups, facilitation of continuous improvement and Lean problem solving techniques and A3 Thinking to include Financial Accounting, Cash Receivables, and ISD. Maintain working knowledge of multiple web based applications within various networks. Maintain relationship with regulatory agencies and financial institutions. Provide project management support. Develop and maintain accurate documentation of standard work and ensure that all communication vehicles are current across the enterprise.<BR>Education<BR>Minimum Education Requirements<BR>Bachelors Degree Bachelor?s degree OR equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.<BR><BR>Preferred Education<BR>Bachelors Degree Bachelor?s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or Computer Science.<BR><BR><BR>Knowledge/Skills<BR>Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements<BR>Basic or limited Basic knowledge of networks and mainframe systems. Proficient with Word and Excel. Ability to problem solve and work with limited supervision. Excellent analytical, report writing, organizational and communication skills. May require knowledge of statistics, TQM, team facilitation, HTML, general accounting principles, budgeting, patient education or SAS programming.<BR><BR>Preferred Knowledge/Skills<BR>Intermediate Thorough understanding of GHC LAN and operating system software, ARPA, GQL, Visual Basic, Access, Lotus Notes, healthcare business operations and medical terminology and coding.<BR><BR><BR>Experience<BR>Minimum Experience Requirements<BR>2 years Analytical, database, spreadsheet and/or financial experience.
