               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Casting/Finishing Technician<BR><BR>Location Seattle, WA<BR>Description <BR>JOB<BR><BR>SUMMARY:<BR>Advanced casting of liquid<BR><BR>thermoset prototype and production parts<BR>PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:<BR><BR>* Cast correct quantity of acceptable parts based on daily<BR><BR>schedule<BR>* Keep work area clean and organized to ensure part<BR><BR>quality and production efficiency on a daily basis<BR>* Ensure proper stacking, storage, and labeling of<BR><BR>urethane parts<BR>* Accurately record production and defective part<BR><BR>quantities on a daily basis<BR>* Accurately record per part material usage on job cards<BR><BR>when established<BR>* Label pressure tanks with name, job and time when in use<BR>* Ensure that specifications on job card and casting<BR><BR>documentation is received and understood when starting a job<BR>* Ensure that material is available, prepared and labeled<BR><BR>for all jobs<BR>* Communicate any problems within the process (i.e,<BR><BR>failing molds, material issues, etc.) to Production Supervisor, Quality<BR><BR>Assurance, and/or mold maker on a timely basis<BR>* Ensure that each cast part is reflective of customers???<BR><BR>and 3D Systems'' quality standards<BR>* Work with Casting Technician III to continually improve<BR><BR>quality and productivity of Casting operations<BR><BR>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>Education and Training:<BR>High school diploma or equivalent is required<BR>Experience:<BR>At least 1 year of related experience and/or<BR><BR>training or equivalent combination of education and experience<BR>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:<BR><BR>* Experience with tools and mechanical background is preferred<BR>* Direct involvement in casting thermoset and RTV<BR><BR>materials is highly desirable<BR>* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks<BR><BR>with minimal supervision is required<BR>* Basic computer proficiency required; limited experience with databases<BR><BR>and spreadsheets is preferred<BR><BR>AA/EEO<BR>M/F/D/V<BR><BR>Contact Clickhereto apply online.<BR><BR>Other Jobs                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             </font></td>
