               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">JOB SUMMARY:<BR>Advanced casting of liquid thermoset prototype and production parts<BR><BR>PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:<BR><BR>Cast correct quantity of acceptable parts based on daily schedule<BR>Keep work area clean and organized to ensure part quality and production efficiency on a daily basis<BR>Ensure proper stacking, storage, and labeling of urethane parts<BR>Accurately record production and defective part quantities on a daily basis<BR>Accurately record per part material usage on job cards when established<BR>Label pressure tanks with name, job and time when in use<BR>Ensure that specifications on job card and casting documentation is received and understood when starting a job<BR>Ensure that material is available, prepared and labeled for all jobs<BR>Communicate any problems within the process (i.e, failing molds, material issues, etc.) to Production Supervisor, Quality Assurance, and/or mold maker on a timely basis<BR>Ensure that each cast part is reflective of customers’ and 3D Systems' quality standards<BR>Work with Casting Technician III to continually improve quality and productivity of Casting operations<BR>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:<BR><BR>Education and Training:<BR>High school diploma or equivalent is required<BR><BR>Experience:<BR>At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience<BR><BR>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:<BR><BR>Experience with tools and mechanical background is preferred<BR>Direct involvement in casting thermoset and RTV materials is highly desirable<BR>Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision is required<BR>Basic computer proficiency required; limited experience with databases and spreadsheets is preferred</font></td>
