               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Chief Homeland Security Exercise Planner, NEP<BR><BR><BR><BR>REQ#: 2012-2321<BR>Posted Date: 3/11/2012<BR><BR>Company: MSS-Headquarters<BR>Type: Hourly Part-Time On Call<BR><BR>Location: US-WA-Seattle<BR>Category: Other<BR>More information about this job:<BR>JOB SUMMARY:<BR><BR>- Manage all aspects of exercise design consistent with the concepts and principles of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP), working independently with only broad guidance.<BR>- Establish, maintain, and build upon positive working relationships with regional and state planners.<BR>- Works closely with Federal, State, and Local planners to identify objectives and design and evaluate exercises of all types.<BR>- Develops exercise work products including: EXPLAN, COSIN, EVALPLAN, MSEL, Scenario documents and simulation data, AAR/IP.<BR>- Schedules, plans, and executes planning conferences, exercise events, and planning workshops.<BR>- Establishes project execution plan to provide required support to agency planners, determines resource assignments, and monitors performance.<BR>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :<BR><BR>- Professional written and communications skills required.<BR>- Ability to travel extensively and unassisted, sometimes on short notice.<BR>- Ability to work with multiple tasks and projects.<BR>- Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.<BR>MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :<BR><BR>- Demonstrated experience in working with multiple customers in support of exercises or other analytical learning events.<BR>- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and personnel.<BR>- HSEEP Mobile Course required, Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP / MEPP) is a plus.<BR>- Emergency management experience is desired.<BR>- Experience working with FEMA Regional Offices and State Emergency Management offices highly desired.<BR>- If candidate is seeking independent subcontractor relationship (1099) candidate must be able to establish project strategy and objectives, and provide own communications and processing equipment.<BR>Apply for this job:<BR><BR>* Apply for this jobonline<BR>* Email this job to a friend<BR><BR>Cubic is an equal opportunity employer.
