UW Medicine is comprised of UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, UW School of Medicine, and UW Physicians Network. The IT Services organization is responsible for ongoing support and maintenance of the infrastructure and applications which support these institutions, along with the implementation of new services and applications that are used to support and further the mission of patient care, research and teaching.<BR><BR><BR><BR>UW Medicine IT Services is looking for three outstandingCLINICAL APPLICATION ANALYST''S (CERNER)to join our team! The UW Medicine IT Services Clinical Application Analyst (CERNER) is both a subject matter expert and technical systems expert who offers an array of cross-functional systems knowledge and support skills for applications used by multiple UW Medicine customer groups. Clinical Application Support Analyst support skills span the entire lifecycle of UW Medicine clinical systems, from initial business process analysis and requirements gathering, through project delivery, software testing, system troubleshooting, and training, to production system support and process analysis and improvement.<BR><BR>The main responsibilities include and are not limited to:<BR><BR>* Analysis of health care provider workflows is translated into design specifications that are effectively used by providers in their daily work.<BR><BR>* System testing results in a minimum number of system errors found post implementation.<BR><BR>* Daily activities contribute to increased customer satisfaction with ITS support services and application use.<BR><BR>* Projects proceeding on time and in alignment with ITS information systems strategies.<BR><BR>* Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of, and maintains confidentiality of employee information and medical center strategic plans and initiatives, financial information or other sensitive materials and information in printed, electronic or verbal form, which may jeopardize employee rights or organization?s operations.
