Their duties and tasks provide vital support to the technologists, residents, fellows and hematopathologists in the laboratory. Their schedule includes rotations both at UWMC and SCCA.<BR> <BR>Primary Job Responsibilities:<BR>* Work in the Molecular Hematopathology lab section of the Hematopathology Laboratory.<BR><BR>* Perform specimen processing consisting of receiving, sorting, identifying, and labeling blood, bone marrow, and other biological specimens. <BR><BR>* Enter patient and specimen information into log books, laboratory computer systems and databases.<BR><BR>* Enter data into spreadsheets, type and edit word documents, tables, and graphs.<BR><BR>* Prepare reagents, stains, controls and other solutions.<BR><BR>* Operate laboratory equipment such as centrifuge, balance, thermal cyclers, microscope, DNA prep instruments, electrophoresis apparatus, including                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       </font></td>
