This individual will lead Clinical Laboratory Technicians and assigned staff. Perform at a technical level, various routine laboratory tests, and/or other laboratory processing and set up work which supports the operation of a clinical laboratory. The Clinical Laboratory Technician Lead will regularly assign, instruct and check the work of others. Perform the work of Clinical Laboratory Technicians and may contribute to the development and evaluation of new laboratory processes and procedures perform, at a technical level, various routine laboratory procedures, and other laboratory work which supports the operation of the clinical laboratory.<BR><BR>This position provides opportunities to work in a fast-paced, challenging, diverse and rewarding environment.
