This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, researching issues, and delivering quality resolutions. In addition, this position will provide ongoing application issue support. The person needs to have the ability to work in a team environment and will be directed by the Siemens Delivery Manager on-site at our Seattle customer location.<BR><BR>Responsibilities :<BR>? Coordinate with team members / user liaisons to assess departmental needs and objectives.<BR>? Review documentation release by internal software developers and to keep apprised of changes and upcoming developments in software applications.<BR>? Communicate software problems and issues to software development and support teams.<BR>? Develops, tests, and modifies internal application systems.<BR>? Designs systems, modules and/or approaches and required enhancements.<BR>? Performs coding, reviewing, preparing test data, testing and debugging and implementing of system building.<BR>? Performs program, system and user documentation for enhancements created.<BR>? Performs analysis and troubleshooting for various business applications.<BR><BR>Position Requirements:<BR>? Bachelors degree required, preferred concentration in computer science, information systems, or direct working experience equivalent<BR>? Good written and oral communication skills, including instructional and presentation skills.<BR>? Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on motivational skills and positive attitude.<BR>? Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.<BR>? Self motivated and directed.<BR>? Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.<BR>?
