We are looking for a technician who is personable,aggressive,ambitious and knowledgeable in restaurant equipment. We are very willing to pay more than industry scale for a talented and skilled individual. If you have these skills, we want to talk to you. Skills needed are : Ability to perform troubleshooting and repair of commercial cooking equipment found in most restaurant kitchens. MUST HAVE PRIOR SERVICE OR REPAIR EXPERIENCE and be able to work with minimal direct supervision. Valid drivers licence and acceptable motor vehicle record a must. <BR><BR><BR>*Perform troubleshooting; repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial cooking equipment, including *Cooking equipment: ovens,Griddles,steamers,toasters,warmers,cook tops and dishwashers, sanitizers and garbage disposals.<BR>*Build strong customer relationships and increase customer <BR>satisfaction by consulting w/new & existing customer needs <BR>& expectations.<BR>*Attend appropriate technical and manufacture training. <BR>*Obtain additional licenses and certifications as <BR>appropriate. <BR>*Respond to emergency evening and weekend service calls on <BR>a rotational basis. <BR>*Service & repair experience working with commercial cooking appliances. <BR>*Valid Driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle <BR>record.<BR>*Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision.<BR>*3 years of applicable commercial cooking equipment<BR>*Ability to immediately deliver top-tier service.</font></td>
