Performs staff support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities<BR><BR>- Manages administration of global mobility programs, which may include: vendor management, relocation case management, and policy administration<BR>- Manages sales compensation administration and payment process<BR>- Participates in data submission of salary surveys.<BR>- Provide input to planning process surrounding focal review process and support client groups during focal reviews; may participate in focal review training and orientation sessions.<BR>- Audit jobs for content, perform job evaluations and job matching, and determine market rate.<BR>- Review requests for new or revised job classifications to determine appropriate salary grade.<BR>- Support administration of compensation database.<BR>- Perform project management for parts of projects and/or provide reporting for projects.<BR>- Develop models and make recommendations for global compensation programs.<BR>- Develop ad hoc reports and make recommendations based on data.<BR>- Perform ad hoc analytical work and financial analysis.<BR>- Ensure compliance with federal and state wage laws, including reporting requirements.<BR>- May include administration of domestic and/or international programs.<BR>- May assist in the administration of Avanade''s legacy stock option program.<BR>- May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as annual incentive compensation, sales compensation, equity compensation, relocation, recognition programs and retention programs.<BR>- Other compensation and global mobility duties as assigned.<BR><BR>Qualifications<BR><BR>SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<BR><BR>Years of Experience<BR><BR>- 3-5 years of experience with at least 2 years Compensation experience or equivalent experience in HR or Finance.<BR><BR>Education<BR><BR>- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field<BR><BR>Required Certifications<BR><BR>- CCP Certification in progress<BR><BR>Other Skills/Experience Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SAP<BR><BR>Additional Area, Region or Service Line specific requirements:<BR><BR>- Strong analytical and computer skills, particular                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
