We are seeking a results-driven, innovative Compensation Analyst to help shape our future growth.<BR><BR>This role will partner with our U.S. and Global compensation teams to drive Amazon?s Total Reward and Compensation strategy. You will focus on supporting global compensation initiatives, drive the data management of compensation systems and tools, and develop recommendations needed to support compensation related continuous improvement projects. To be successful, candidates should demonstrate the ability to balance excellent analytical and technical skills while clearly driving communication and collaboration across multiple disparate teams with competing priorities.<BR><BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<BR><BR>* Supporting Amazon?s global compensation plans, programs, policies and practices in areas such as focal compensation and performance planning, annual salary survey submissions, organizational market assessments and compliance projects, etc.<BR>* Developing, administering and enhancing innovative compensation tools, systems, and reports<BR>* Maintaining compensation related data (e.g. job codes) in HR and Finance systems as needed<BR>* Preparing compensation reports/queries as needed (e.g. program spend, new hire offers) and ensuring integrity of data and reporting methodologies<BR>* Compiling and evaluating quantitative and qualitative compensation related data sets against internal and external benchmarks<BR>* Conducting ongoing metrics analysis and supporting new analytic strategies for current and future measurement<BR>* Documenting and administering existing and future processes needed to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements<BR>* Coordinating the preparation of position descriptions and, if applicable, evaluating positions.<BR>* Communicating and training internal and external clients on compensation policies and practices<BR>Critical Skills and Abilities:<BR><BR>* Demonstrated data manipulation skills, including work with complex data structures & queries<BR>* Proven research and problem solving capability<BR>* Strong attention to detail and accuracy<BR>* Deep analytical reporting experience<BR>* Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree required in Human Resources Management or related field<BR>* Minimum of 2-4 years experience in HR, Finance or consulting<BR>* General familiarity with core compensation fundamentals<BR>* Advanced </font></td>
