               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Descriptions:<BR><BR>Job Summary:<BR>Our client is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the Human Resources team at their corporate headquarters in downtown Seattle. The Analyst will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for administering all benefits programs and salaried employee compensation plans.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>Compensation:<BR>* Administers   base pay and bonus programs for salaried employees including preparation   of budgets, communications, delivery of spreadsheets and other materials   related to annual salary review and bonus cycles<BR>* Participates   in salary surveys and interprets survey data<BR>* Evaluates job descriptions to determine classification and exempt/non-exempt   status and benchmark   positions in to establish appropriate salary recommendations<BR>* Works with   outside vendors to ensure that the Kenexa Comp Analyst system meets   compensation needs and is updated regularly<BR>* Assists   HR and business leaders with compensation related requests and inquiries<BR>* Works   with HR Manager on a variety of projects, including compensation design,   analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs and processes<BR>* Supports HR Manager in administering Executive Compensation i<BR>* Conducts   the benefits and compensation new hire orientation for corporate hires and   ensures that it is conducted for corporate department new hires residing   at operational locations<BR>Benefits:<BR>* Administers   benefit plans, including managing   vendor relations<BR>* Ensures benefit related transactions are processed in all appropriate systems (HRIS, carriers, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner<BR>* Audits benefit systems data, transactions and usage on an ongoing basis to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date<BR>* Creates and maintains benefit process documentation<BR>* Serves as backup to other HR staff for data transaction processing<BR>* Performs   monthly benefit related invoice reconciliation for all vendors<BR>* Maintains compliance with all State and Federal requirements regarding testing, reporting, disclosure and communication<BR>* Works   closely with the HR Manager to evaluate and update existing programs and   policies as needed<BR>* Coordinates and organizes information and meetings for the corporate Defined Contribution Committee and works with the administrator and trustee to oversee the plans<BR>* Resolves benefit issues with vendors, consultants and internal HR and payroll/accounting staff<BR>* Creates   new hire materials that highlight the company''s benefit programs<BR>* Tracks leaves of absence for Seattle corporate   employees, and prepares employee communications<BR><BR>Required Experience:<BR><BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>* A Bachelor''s degree in Business/Human Resources<BR>* 5+ years of experience independently administering compensation and benefits, including end-to-end annual cycle processes.
