Tommy Bahama is looking for a qualified Data Security Manager to join our efforts to create an island lifestyle that inspires the world to relax.<BR><BR>MISSION<BR><BR>Responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s information systems security program.<BR><BR><BR>KEY RESULTS AREAS<BR><BR>• Develops and documents security standards, procedures and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse systems environments.<BR>• Educates employees regarding security policies and procedures and monitors compliance<BR>•  Keeps current on all information industry-related security compliance programs, such as PCI<BR>•  Works cross-functionally within IT to implement and maintain program compliant solutions<BR>•  Documents security policies and procedures as they relate to security compliance programs<BR>•  Updates and maintains compliance documentation as required by compliance regulators.<BR>•  Keeps current on networks and systems vulnerabilities and their associated patches<BR>•  Coordinates penetration tests; discovers and documents vulnerabilities in information systems<BR>•  Specifies and coordinates the implementation of recommended solutions for known vulnerabilities<BR>• Researches and recommends networks and systems security tools<BR>• Coordinates the implementation of security related tools with IT teams<BR>•  Monitors and analyzes security related tools and retains data for appropriate time periods.<BR>• Conducts internal and external information security audits<BR>•  Analyzes security incidents and coordinates escalation and handling of security related events.<BR>• Ensures business continuity and disaster recovery for information systems impacted by incidents.<BR><BR><BR>EXPERIENCE, TALENT AND EDUCATION<BR>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.<BR>• CISSP certification preferred<BR>• 5+ years of IT security related experience<BR>• 5+ yrs experience managing multiple complex projects<BR><BR>HOW TO APPLY<BR><BR>For consideration, please apply online https://www1.apply2jobs.com/TommyBahama.
