The database tracks students from prospect through enrollment. He/she will consult with users to determine needs for reporting and communication and will, also, work with the UW, Seattle as necessary to ensure the quality and integrity of the database and its interface with the Student Data Warehouse. The Analyst will work collaboratively with the Campus Database Administrator to create data products in support of Enrollment Management''s mission. Working with Web Services, the Analyst will create and maintain the Enrollment Management and Student Affairs website and serve as primary person for managing the content on that site. Work collaboratively with campus administrators to ensure that information for planning and decision making is accurate, timely widely shared, and structured for use. Manage Enrollment Management technologies (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Chat, Web Pages, Facebook, and other recruiting technologies).<BR><BR>Consult with Admissions staff to determine the needs for data, reporting and communication flows for contacts with perspective students that include:<BR><BR>? Design, create and maintain tables and reports as requested by Admissions Staff; coordinate with data custodians, users, managers, and with Information Systems staff at UW Bothell and Seattle to ensure the smooth functioning of admissions systems.<BR>? Oversee the use of "Microsoft Dynamics" and "CollegeNet" admissions software.<BR>? Serve as Enrollment Management technology resource person in providing consultation concerning Schedule 25, Resource 25 room scheduling, and DARS graduation audit system.<BR>? Manage the development and maintenance of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs web site. Provide technical support for development of standing reports, programmed queries, and special studies for campus-wide planning and management of the student-related matters.<BR><BR>Other duties include:<BR><BR>- Manage admissions systems critical in the recruitment, admission, and yield rates to ensure meeting University </font></td>
