It provides cost-efficient and resizable capacity while managing time-consuming database administration tasks, freeing you up to focus on your applications and business.<BR><BR>Amazon RDS team is responsible for building database platform that enable applications to meet the challenges of high availability and massive scalability. Our group focuses on the challenges in this space by developing services and generic components that reflect the latest advances in data dissemination and replication, load balancing, autonomous management and repair.<BR><BR>We are looking for database engineers that are passionate about Relational Databases, are enthusiastic about applying bold new ideas to real-world problems, can critically read and evaluate relevant literature, love brainstorming and algorithm analysis.
