               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Amazon.com Deskside Services group is looking for best-in-class client-side support personnel to support Amazon.com's growing presence in the Seattle area. They will provide quality hands-on technical support to internal customers while exceeding their expectations at every opportunity. <BR>The successful Deskside Support Technician will be extremely customer focused and motivated by team success. They will have a keen eye for recognizing inefficiency and take the initiative to simplify processes for their customers. He or she will not be afraid to relentlessly escalate and consistently raise the bar for skill and customer service. They will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests. He or she will be committed, flexible, and have demonstrated the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.<BR><BR>Basic Qualifications: This position requires 3+ years of hands-on PC hardware, software and Operating System support experience with exposure to a wide variety of products, issues and customer types. Experience supporting Windows 7 as well as either Macintosh or Linux is required. Formal training, classwork and/or degree is preferred.
