Tableau offers exceptional professional and financial growth potential.<BR>What you&rsquo;ll be doing&hellip;<BR>The IT Desktop Support Technician will provide outstanding IT customer service while being the day to day contact point between employees, management, customers, partners, and vendors.  This person will not only provide support to staff on all company supported applications, but will also troubleshoot computer problems and determine source and advise on appropriate action. Some of the things you&rsquo;ll be doing include&hellip;<BR><BR>* Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.<BR>* Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems.<BR>* Receive customer trouble tickets, analyze and take corrective action.<BR>* Advise staff on appropriate action.<BR>* Remove and add system permissions for customers.<BR>* Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.<BR>* Document resolutions for future reference.<BR>* Perform hardware and software installations.<BR>Who you are&hellip;<BR>* Experienced. You have 2-3 years Help Desk experience in an enterprise environment that includes working independently with limited daily guidance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience<BR>* Domain. You have advanced knowledge of company supported applications (including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer), and the ability to learn and support new applications<BR>* Excellent Communication. You have strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills<BR>* Service Minded.
