Keep reading.<BR><BR>Genoptix Medical Laboratory, a division of Novartis, is focused on developing and commercializing evidence-driven diagnostic tests to improve physicians'' ability to optimize patient outcomes.<BR><BR>We?re currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the position of:<BR><BR>Diagnostics Sales Consultant - Hospital & Private Practice Markets (Seattle Territory)<BR><BR>Position Summary:<BR>Effective development and maintenance of customer base; selling Company products and services to hospitals, private pathologists and private practice oncologists within a defined territory; aligning sales and service goals with corporate goals and objectives.<BR><BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>Promote and sell medical diagnostic services to target physicians, medical assistants, lab managers as defined by the Marketing Plan.<BR><BR>Manage customer relationships in a defined geographical territory in order to strengthen the Genoptix brand.<BR><BR>Meet or exceed assigned sales volume targets.<BR><BR>Develop call plans, training schedules, development plans for subordinates as required.<BR><BR>Coordinate appropriate support resources (i.e., Client Services, MSL, MDs, etc) to maximize and strengthen customer relationships.<BR><BR>Maintain sales prospect lists/sales funnels as required to achieve sales volume targets.<BR><BR>Maintain a detailed customer database within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.<BR><BR>Design and implement Quarterly Business Plans for assigned geography.<BR><BR>Attend technical and sales training programs to further development competencies.<BR><BR>Manage company expenses within policy and defined budget.<BR><BR>Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activity, new product/service improvements.<BR><BR>Demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all customer/company interactions, respect patient confidentiality as per HIPAA regulations.<BR><BR>Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.<BR><BR>Attends trade shows as a representative of the Company in a sales/technical capacity.<BR>Minimum requirements Qualifications:<BR>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.<BR><BR>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
