This group within Amazon offers a creative, fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment where you?ll be at the center of Amazon innovation.<BR><BR>Sales of products by third-party sellers on our websites represent more than one-third of units sold, and the Seller Services business is growing faster than our Retail business. As an organization, Amazon?s North American Seller Services is uniquely highly influential by coordinating across Amazon Customers, Amazon Category teams and Amazon Sellers. We are a business development organization; we drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management. We are successful by focusing on aggressive growth for our Sellers? businesses.<BR><BR>We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager for Inside Sales to build and grow a nationally focused team. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a background in ecommerce and affiliated industries and a reputation for hiring and developing the best talent. S/he will have a track record of success at driving top sales results from an inside sales perspective, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing strategic seller needs/perspectives to the product organization. This sales leader will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who likely hails from a leading online firm, payments firm or ecommerce services firm. S/he will have a strong track record of developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs. S/he will be known for accurate forecasting a combination of strong relationship building and analytical sales leadership skills. S/he will thrive in past paced dynamic environments and have very strong communication and presentation skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and insist on the highest standards.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* 10+ years in sales and 5+ years managing a team of 6+<BR>* Bachelor''s degree<BR>* Willing to relocate to Seattle, WA<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR><BR>* Proven track record of building up an inside sales organization<BR>* MBA<BR>* Experience in working with engineering and product teams to define a product and bring it to market.<BR>* Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others internally and external<BR>* An ability to analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve, and scope product and technical requirement<BR>* New Products-Jobs </font></td>
