Reporting to the Director of the press, the Marketing and Sales Director is a senior member of the press management team and is responsible for creating and executing the marketing and sales strategies of the press. This position directs and manages all program activities of the Marketing and Sales department, including sales, publicity, advertising, direct mail, e-marketing, exhibits, and awards. The Marketing and Sales Director supervises and coordinates the work of three full-time departmental staff and a student marketing assistant. This position is also responsible for managing the departmental Marketing and Sales budget, forecasting book sales, and providing a deep level of sales analysis for both print and digital publications. <BR><BR>This position is critical to the press''s financial success or failure.
