These representatives capture baby''s first photograph and sell photo packages, keepsakes, and birth announcements to celebrate the birth of a new child.<BR><BR>The position covers 15+ hospital accounts in and around the Seattle area. You are expected to regularly visit each hospital and have financial accountability for the on-going sales performance of the hospitals and your staff.<BR><BR>You must enjoy supervising and coaching people, as this is an essential part of your daily expectations. Your sales comprehension and knowledge combined with your problem solving skills are critical to your success.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>People Management<BR>- You guarantee 7 day coverage in client hospitals by maintaining a full staff through proactive staffing and interviewing.<BR>&middot; You conduct new hire training on Our365 processes and hospital operations.<BR>&middot; You regularly visit hospitals to work on-site with your employees to monitor their sales performance, including coaching and counseling to improve results.<BR>&middot; You regularly monitor service and performance standards, coaching and counseling to improve performance, and addressing disciplinary actions and, if necessary, terminations.<BR><BR>Sales<BR>&middot; You communicate and establish sales goals and teach sales training and methods to continually improve photo quality, package sales, and hospital relationships.<BR>&middot; You meet with hospital management to review their satisfaction with the photo program and to better address their needs.<BR>&middot; You conduct sales presentations that support contract negotiations or the introduction of new products and services.<BR><BR>District Sales Managers enjoy a home office environment and flexible scheduling.<BR><BR>Relocation assistance willnotbe provided.<BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>&middot; Strong managerial skills, preferably across multiple sites, with solid experience in interviewing, hiring, leading, training and coaching a part-time level staff.<BR>&middot; Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience of 10 or more employees .<BR>&middot; Demonstrated leadership skills including initiative, flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility and urgency.<BR>&middot; Background in sales management with account management experience.<BR>&middot; Strong organizational skills including calendaring and time management along with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.<BR>&middot; Str                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
