As an EDI Analyst on the Digital Device Offline Retail team you will be responsible for obtaining and understanding EDI requirements, as well as building and automating messaging to support offline digital device fulfillment and sales.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Core Job Responsibilities:<BR><BR>* Identify EDI solutions to business challenges.<BR>* Manage EDI projects and communicate directly with external company resources.<BR>* Leverage EDI to automate business processes with customers, logistics firms, and suppliers.<BR>* Continuously improve our EDI integration processes and data quality.<BR>* Maintain Amazon EDI specifications and mapping as well as supplier and customer configurations.<BR>* Drive and build creative solutions for challenging customer EDI requirements.<BR>* Create databases and reporting for EDI messages that are not initially integrated with the backend ERP system.<BR>* Partner with Amazon business teams and customers worldwide to identify new needs and user interfaces.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* Relevant experience with ANSI X.12 and EDIFACT standards, including Order and Financial series documents such as 850, 855, 856, 810, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC and others.<BR>* Experience with EDI communications standards and protocols: AS2, standard VAN-based EDI, FTP, HTTPS; and with at least one EDI software platform (Seeburger, Gentran, TLE, BizTalk, etc.).<BR>* Experience writing functional design documents, troubleshooting complex EDI failures, working with external EDI partners, and testing interconnected systems.<BR>* Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR><BR>* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
