This will be accomplished through but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation and follow-up, driving CLP renewals and daily customer sales support activities. The role involves management of existing accounts as well as building additional new business. The Education ISR is also based out of the Seattle office.<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR>* Contact all new leads in Adobe''s CRM system within 24-48 hours and qualify diligently. <BR>* Actively disposition all leads in CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.<BR>* Drive awareness into the account base through regular email campaigns and drive attendance to live and online seminars.<BR>* Engage in quarterly targeted call campaigns from designated prospect lists provided by Field Sales Marketing and your managed account list. <BR>* Build pipeline of all opportunities through managed accounts, new leads and campaigns. Update on a weekly basis. <BR>* Manage Adobe Education CLP License Renewals within your territory. <BR>* Act as the primary contact for all sales related internal form process requests within your territory.<BR>* Assist in managing the Adobe Education voice mailbox.<BR>* Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.<BR>* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe''s competitive positioning in the marketplace.<BR>Requirements<BR>* 3 - 5 years prior Inside sales experience, preferably within software and/or services, with a proven track record of success.<BR>* Prior experience cold calling and generating new leads.<BR>* Understanding of the sales cycle and solution selling process into Education institutions is helpful, but not required.<BR>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<BR>* Motivated by individual and team achievement as well as able to operate under minimal supervisor.<BR>* Highly organized with ability to work in fast-paced environment.<BR>* Working knowledge of Adobe products preferred.<BR>* BS/BA degree required. <BR>Adobe has been a pioneer and innovator throughout its history and is recognized as one of the Top 100 Best Global Brands according to Interbrand.
