We make content available for sale on DVD, and via digital download on Amazon.com. Our content providers include major television networks, music and video distributors and large aggregators of content.<BR><BR>Enterprise Vendor Account Managers own our top-tier client relationships, from initial delivery of materials to ensuring that completed DVD titles are posted on Amazon. They provide creative solutions for special case clients and provide marketing solutions for existing content. Account Managers are also responsible for growing our business with our top-tier clients, by identifying opportunities for new content and driving promotional efforts.<BR><BR>Core functions of this position include:<BR><BR>* Act as a business manager - analyzing results, advising, and proactively making recommendations and improvements; work with appropriate internal constituencies to assist in developing detailed account plans aimed at winning new business from existing customers<BR>* Ensure client satisfaction and business success by driving both day to day projects and long-term initiatives to optimize/maximize each client''s business - Interface effectively with internal development teams and service owners<BR>* Ensure that clients'' projects are managed and implemented on time and on budget<BR>* Engage with the Manufacture-on-Demand (MOD) product management team to drive technology and operational improvements<BR>* Developing strong vendor relationships that result in the ability to negotiate renewals and/or necessary amendments of existing contracts.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* 6+ years of demonstrated results as an Account Manager or Product Manager in a high-tech or e-commerce environment.<BR>* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong numerical and analytical aptitude, proven negotiating skills.<BR>* Ability to credibly coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as have an understanding of the systems and processes that will be utilized in achieving program objectives.<BR>* Entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills.<BR>* Advanced knowledge with all MS Office tools including Excel and Access.<BR>* Technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment.<BR>* Proactive attitude and willingness to dig deep to achieve goals.<BR>* BS/BA required.<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR><BR>* Tier 1 major studio experience<BR><BR>* a Master of Business Administration is preferred                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
