UW Medicine is comprised of UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, UW School of Medicine, and UW Physicians Network. The IT Services organization is responsible for ongoing support and maintenance of the infrastructure and applications which support these institutions, along with the implementation of new services and applications that are used to support and further the mission of patient care, research and teaching. <BR><BR>UW Medicine ITSis seeking an outstandingEpic Interface Analyst! The person in this role will report to the Assistant Director of Epic Core Applications and works closely with other UW Medicine IT Services staff. Participates in the overall development and management of complex, mission critical, enterprise information systems, with an emphasis on clinical and financial system interfaces across all of UW Medicine.<BR><BR>The Epic Interface Analyst provides on-going support to the UW Medicine medical community by correlating user needs with information system design. Performs analytical, design, development, managerial, and administrative functions associated with the implementation of information system solutions. Manages information systems projects including project planning, organizing, coordinating and directing in order to ensure that UW Medicine IT Services project requests are completed in an effective and efficient manner.<BR><BR>In addition, the person in this role participates in the overall development and management of complex, mission critical, enterprise information systems, with an emphasis on clinical and financial system interfaces across all of UW Medicine, including, but not limited to, UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, UW Neighborhood Clinics, Northwest Medical Center, Valley Medical Center, and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. Provides on-going support to the UW Medicine medical community by correlating user needs with information system design. <BR><BR><BR>* Provides primary support in the development and implementation of system and interface enhancements and fixes. Works with other IT Services staff to troubleshoot and resolve system problems in a manner consistent with a mission-critical healthcare environment.
