More information is available athttp://www.staplesadvantage.com/facility-solutions/.<BR><BR>Position Summary:<BR>Position will partner with team of Facility Solution Specialists within a region to assist in driving sales and improving customer retention through a variety of customer focused activities. The Compensation package includes a competitive base salary, quarterly incentive opportunity and monthly car allowance.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR><BR>Primary Responsibilities: <BR><BR>* Team w/ FSS to maintain existing customer relationships, and ensure FS program compliance, through numerous touch points with customers<BR>* Drive FS sales by organizing, leading and executing different sales campaigns<BR>* Drive retention and sales through customer visits focused on training, product demonstrations, vendor shows and other customer facing activities <BR>* Participate/Lead sales calls on Enterprise accounts that reside in team?s geographic area<BR>* Partner with operations and customer service teams to coordinate and ensure smooth and timely implementations of Facility Solution programs (e.g. dispenser installations) across team?s geographic area<BR>* Serve as point of contact for Business Development teams to answer Facilities related questions<BR>* Serve in the region as an expert in the Breakroom category and participate on sales calls for customers interested in this product set<BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR><BR>* 1-2 years minimum prior related work experience required<BR>* Ability to work and contribute to a team atmosphere of selling<BR>* Strong communication skill set to drive compliance, retention, penetration and problem resolution<BR>* Desire to develop and refine sales skills<BR>* Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills<BR>* Possess and utilize strong organizational skills to effectively manage implementations and to manage ongoing customer order and service needs<BR>* Sense of urgency to provide the best quality and service levels at a competitive price to our customers<BR>* Ability to manage a set territory and physically visit customer locations<BR>* Computer literacy including competency related to MS Windows-based applications<BR>Preferred:<BR><BR>* Bachelor''s degree </font></td>
