For more information, visitwww.coinstarinc.com.<BR>                                                                        <BR>Field Technician Floater<BR><BR>This person contributes to Coinstar''s success by:<BR>- Responding to customer needs as directed by the Help Desk/Answering Service or Area Manager<BR>- Installing, servicing, and maintaining products built and placed by Coinstar<BR>- Filling-in for vacation coverage, emergency coverage, sick-leave coverage and/or any needs that may arise requiring coverage in a given area (Travel up to 80% required)<BR>Summary of Key Responsibilities:<BR>-     Install and service equipment with a minimum of direct supervision as requested by the Help Desk, and Area Manager<BR>-     Provide equipment service at customer locations when required - service will include installation, repair, calibration, testing and maintenance that requires the use of test equipment and simple hand tools and the ability to lift 85 lbs<BR>-     Properly maintain Company spare parts inventory, tools, manuals, and equipment<BR>-     Complete service documentation as required by the position function or as requested<BR>-     Display maturity and judgment in time management and expense control<BR>-     Report quality problems and other technical problems<BR>-     Properly maintain assigned PC/desktop computer, pager, and company vehicle (if provided)<BR>-     Interface effectively with other departments and supervisors/managers to resolve customer problems and situations<BR>-     Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Manager. In certain markets this position may provide coin & cash handling and transportation responsibilities<BR>-     Work closely with assigned Area Manager to relay store/customer comments or concerns regarding the Coffee Kiosk<BR>-     As a representative of Coinstar, promote and maintain good customer relations through high standards of personal appearance, ethical behavior, maturity and good judgment<BR><BR>Qualifications & Experience:<BR>-     Must be able to travel up to 80% outside assigned territory<BR>-     Must have a valid driver''s license and maintain an acceptable driving record<BR>-     Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent two-year technical training in electronics or military training<BR>-     Requires a good working knowledge of computers, electronics                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
