This FP&A group is responsible for driving the annual operating plan, managing the forecast process and providing analytical support for Senior Finance Operations Management.<BR><BR>This position will be responsible for forecasting with business units to provide planning, profitability and pricing analysis for current and future projects. This position will also work with departmental teams to identify and assist in cost-reduction initiatives.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* Bachelor?s degree required<BR>* 5+ years relevant work experience<BR>* Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost analysis, forecasting, and modeling<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR><BR>* MBA or other post graduate financial certification (CFA/CMA/CPA) preferred<BR>* Fluency in standard software is highly desired, including a solid working knowledge of Excel, COGNOS, and Oracle.<BR>* Highly analytical and detail orientated<BR>* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written<BR>* Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions<BR>* Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment<BR>* Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload<BR>* Customer focus and professional demeanor<BR>* Ability to think adaptively and operate quickly in a dynamic financial and business environment </font></td>
