We?re looking for a strong communicator responsible for coordinating and representing many Finance Operations controllership related projects to the various stakeholders within Amazon. Specifically in the areas of process design; internal control effectiveness; computing system interaction; and other relevant areas to ensure that Amazon''s Finance Operations processes stay ahead of risks associated with growth.<BR><BR>You must be a strong leader who is adept at driving change within a very dynamic global business environment with a proven record of delivering process efficiency results.<BR><BR>You will be involved in multiple simultaneous global project launches that have impact to the Finance Operations organization and require a solid understanding of our systems and processes. You are expected to take ownership; identify process improvement opportunities for existing processes and controls; and drive positive change in the organization.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR>? BS/BA degree<BR>? 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience<BR>? Experience performing ad hoc analyses using advanced Excel<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR>? CPA designation<BR>? Solid organizational and project management skills<BR>? A strong desire to exceed expectations and strong interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and oral communication skills<BR>?
