This person will lead a US team of five site controllers spread across multiple states. This team is responsible for financial controllership, budgeting, and business support across the US Customer Service organization. The right individual will have exceptional Finance and Accounting skills, strong leadership skills and solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results. He or she will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives. The successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities include:<BR>? Leading a team of five controllers across five states to manage financial controls and processes for Amazon?s North America contact center network.<BR>? Create and analyze financial data and reports, providing key variance explanation, and highlight areas of risk and opportunity inherent in our operations.<BR>? Lead the budget planning and forecasting process; work with cross-functional teams across the company to ensure proper support for each business unit of the company.<BR>? Working with the US Customer Service Leadership team to properly align the organization?s direction with its goals and tenets.<BR>? Lead the standardization and improvement of financial & metric reporting, month-end close accounting, PL cost allocation, and New Initiative cost monitoring.<BR>? Manage operating expenses, headcount and capital expenditures.<BR>?
