As the Tax Financial Analyst, you will have oversight of the end-to-end budgeting process, including headcount and metrics. To be successful, a candidate must be able to work independently across all levels and geographies of a global department to analyze current and future needs, track and monitor expenditures and variances to plan and then produce documentation and reports.<BR><BR>Successful candidates must be able to:<BR>? Track financial status by monitoring variances from plan;<BR>? Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results;<BR>? Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances;<BR>? Identify trends and recommend actions;<BR>? Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data;<BR>? Gather and interpret quarterly accrual data;<BR>? Increase productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplications and coordinating information requirements;<BR>? Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations;<BR>? Effectively resolve and escalate issues;<BR>? Demonstrate a consistent track record of delivery;<BR>? Build and manage a world-class team; and<BR>? Effectively communicate with both internal and external teams and customers.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* Bachelor''s degree.<BR>* 2+ years of experience managing budgets.<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR>? Experience with Oracle and Cognos.<BR>? Experience with Serengeti.<BR>? Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.<BR>? Understanding of SharePoint and SharePoint workflows.<BR>? Accounts payable experience.<BR>?
