Each analyst will be engaged in both internal customer requests and external requests coming from our suppliers. This position will team with Amazon Shared Services, Retail Finance, Retail Buying, Vendor Management and Operations to support vendor payables.<BR><BR>Major areas of responsibility include but are but not limited to:<BR>? Providing excellent customer service to our internal partners in regards to any Accounts Payable requests<BR>? Collaborating with Retail business partners to resolve escalations and deep dive for root cause to eliminate or reduce future contact needs<BR>? Participating in or leading team projects or Kaizens that contribute to the team''s overall efficiency and vendor experience improvement<BR>? Vendor statement acquisition and final reconciliation<BR>? Response to vendor calls/e-mails<BR>? Proof of delivery acquisition and research<BR>? Maintain 48 hour turnaround on active invoice problems<BR>?
